A small-action picker matched to your energy
When you feel stuck, one action that can be completed now is often more useful than a large plan. This tool combines your current energy level with an indoor or outdoor setting and suggests a mission with a suitable amount of effort. It does not grade productivity or pressure you to do more. Its purpose is simply to reduce choices and make the first step easier.
How recommendations are selected
The 0% and 25% levels favor actions that require almost no movement, such as drinking water or opening a window. The 50% level can include a short stretch or a small organizing task. At 75% and above, suggestions may include a walk or starting one delayed task. Location is also considered so that an outdoor mission is not suggested when you choose an indoor setting.
How to use the result
- Choose a slightly lower energy level when you want a gentler suggestion.
- If a mission does not fit, draw again instead of treating it as a failed task.
- After completing one result, pause and reassess rather than stacking many missions.
What this tool does not do
The result is a light everyday suggestion, not an assessment of fatigue, mood, or health. If low energy is persistent or makes daily life difficult, rest and appropriate professional support should take priority over a random mission.
